The studio is not soundproofed. Therefore, playing musical instruments, playing background music at a high volume, etc. is prohibited. Please be careful especially if you use the late-night pack. Loud sounds, playing musical instruments, and playing background music at a high volume are prohibited during the late-night pack hours. If there are complaints from adjacent studios or neighboring residents, we may ask you to leave. Please note that the rental fee will not be refunded at all.
