How do I pay?

Can I make a provisional reservation (keep the schedule)?

Tentative reservations (schedule keeping) are not possible.
You can cancel or change your reservation after booking, but a cancellation fee will be charged according to the terms of use.

Can I change the reservation date?

Can I extend my stay?

After the customer’s usage time, it can be extended if there is no reservation for another customer.
The campaign price will not be applied to the extension after the start of use,

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you wish to cancel after making a reservation, please contact us by phone.
A cancellation fee will be charged from 20 days before the date of use. (Please let us know within business hours at least 21 days in advance.)

Are the facilities soundproof?

About free rental equipment

The equipment in this studio can be rented free of charge or for a fee.
Therefore, please use only those who understand that the equipment is free of charge.
“I couldn’t use it well”, “I didn’t understand how to use it”, etc.
We will not accept any complaints due to the fact that the equipment provided free of charge did not achieve the desired effect.
(The strobes and LED lights in our studio are general products.)

In addition, it is possible that the previous customer may have damaged it and become unable to use it.
Only those who can understand will be able to use the equipment.
If you are concerned, please bring your own equipment.
If you damage the rental equipment while using it, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs, etc.

Is it possible to use it for a party with food and drink?

GALLERY-O14 Eating and drinking in DOJO is prohibited in principle.
In addition, use as a party venue is also prohibited as it is not suitable for use as a dojo.
However, if you are planning to use it for a seminar, etc., it may be possible if you let us know in advance what you would like to eat and drink, so please contact us in advance to confirm.
However, please be aware that if the building, facilities, or fixtures are damaged or contaminated, you will be charged the cost of restoring them to their original state or the actual cost of repair.
In addition, please note that we will refuse any acts that cause inconvenience to the neighborhood or are contrary to public order and morals. In the unlikely event that something like that happens, we may ask you to leave the venue. Please note that the rental fee will not be refunded at all.

Can I record simultaneously?

Since the studio is designed for still photography, the studio is not fully equipped with soundproofing equipment.

It will be taken and used using a real dojo.
Depending on the situation, the studio secretariat may ask the users of the other floors to cooperate with the shooting as much as possible.
*If there is a complaint from a person using the upper or lower floors, we may ask you to stop the sound output.

If you are concerned about the sound, we recommend that you make a reservation for the adjoining studio at the same time and come to see it in advance.

Our studio will not be held responsible for any problems with recording on the day of the shoot.
Please note that we will not refund or return the usage fee at that time.

How can I enter on the day of the event? How early do you have to enter the studio?

Admission is from 5 minutes before (limited to non-consecutive reservations).
Please come to the reception on the 1st floor of the studio.
Press the intercom at the studio entrance.
The time for loading and unloading is included in the reservation time.

If you have consecutive reservations, you will be able to enter after the previous person has completely evacuated.
We will do our best to start using the service at the reservation time as much as possible, but please understand in advance that there may be a slight time difference depending on the evacuation situation on the day. Please be assured that if your entry time is delayed due to the withdrawal situation of the person using it before, we will extend the exit time for that amount of time.

Is loading and unloading included in the reservation time?

What should I do if I am likely to be late?

Also, please note that we may refuse to use the studio if you arrive significantly late. Especially for studio use, if you are late for a late-night package, etc., the staff will not be able to wait, so please do not be late.

What time is it okay to start the late night pack (22:00 to 9:00 the next day)?

It is strictly prohibited to wear shoes, but is it okay to wear shoes for costumes?

GALLRY-O14 DOJO will be a real dojo.
Wear slippers or bare feet in the studio.
Even costume shoes are prohibited.

Is it possible to use it as a filming studio for video works?

Is possible.
However, please note that we do not allow any photography that does not match the purpose of the dojo.
(Photography in swimsuits and photo sessions of idols are prohibited. Also, photography that may damage the dojo is prohibited.)
We are looking forward to the use and reservation of those who have an understanding so that we can leave the historic dojo in good condition for future generations.

In addition, please note that we do not accept noise (loud music, etc.) during late-night packs, acts that cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, or acts that violate public order and morals.
In the unlikely event that something like that happens, we may ask you to leave the venue.

Is it possible to receive mail such as courier service (products and equipment used for the event)?

There is a charge for pre-luggage storage.
Due to the limited space, we may refuse your request depending on the size and quantity.
Up to 200 sizes can be reserved in advance.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and fire are strictly prohibited in the studio.

Is it possible to use smoke?

You can use the smoke machine only if you apply in advance and pay the facility special usage fee.

The special facility usage fee associated with the use of smoke will be 10,000 yen (tax included).

However, we do not allow the use of smoke or fog machines without prior application.
If the fire alarm or smoke detector is activated without application, the bell will ring throughout the building.
In that case, please stop shooting immediately.
Please note that you will be responsible for the actual cost of any damages caused by this, as you will not be able to use it for the users of the entire building.

What should I do if I can’t go to the studio due to natural disasters?

If the studio becomes unusable due to natural disasters, etc., we will refund the rental fee you have deposited.
Also, if it is impossible to move to the studio due to a typhoon, heavy snow, etc., there will be no cancellation fee on the day of the reservation, and we will change the reservation to another date. In this case, please contact us within 3 weeks of the date you wish to change. If there is no contact, the usual cancellation fee will be charged. In addition, the standard applied as a natural disaster is [the level at which all JR Yamanote lines are out of service 3 hours before and after the reservation time]. Please note that other reasons will not be applied as a natural disaster.
